Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason

I ask that you make me aware as soon as possible. If I am given more than 48 hours notice, you may reschedule to a future date within 6 weeks (will incur remainder of session fee to be paid in full.).

If given less than 48 hours, I will keep your deposit. You may only do this once in 6 weeks.

If I need to cancel for any reason (sickness, etc.)

I will make you aware as soon as possible and I will offer you an alternative date within 6 weeks, or your deposit back.

I will not return your deposit if you display any problematic behaviour.

This includes any contact outside of arranging a booking - i.e obsessive emailing, messaging, calling, or asking for anything I do not offer.

Any of these behaviours will result in your session being cancelled immediately, you being blocked from future interactions, your deposit forfeited, and you will be reported to the rest of the community and/or authorities.
